HOW TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Please submit your request using the form dated 2022-2023, which is the most recent Financial Assistance Request Form (FARF) found here (PDF version or DOCX version). Also, before filling out the application, please read the Supplemental Guidelines Form found here (PDF version) for more detailed instructions and information. This form is specifically designed for any young wrestler to request specific dollar amounts to help make it possible for him or her to participate in a wrestling program. Fill it out completely and be sure to obtain the requested authorized signatures. Then submit it either electronically or via first-class mail to:

All requests will receive careful consideration and we will respond as soon as possible. Our preference is that you allow several weeks for processing. If the request is granted, please note that we strongly encourage the writing of a note of appreciation as part of the request process.
